The bundle came and not working

The bundle came but did not come with everything, but that’s not a big deal. I got the remaining pieces after a few calls/texts However, one of the items that is very important and the reason I bought the bundle does not work. The scope which seems to be a known problem was shipped to me, knowing that it might not work and it didn’t. I still don’t have it and it’s been a couple of weeks.

Got this TD Phoenix Max Package back in March 2026 from Val Tools and held back from writing a review so I don’t put a blind review based on a couple of weeks working with it.
I don’t support a small business because it small. I support a small business and any business because of how they treat and respond to their customers. Given This is my first order from Val tools, it came with a return policy so I could have returned it if I wasn’t satisfied with it as long as it was within the time window. now it was a very good deal from the start. I contacted Val tools a few times and received a very quick response from them with no issues. Val tools showed great customer service
Therefore Val tools has gained a customer.
With that said, now to the scanner.
This thing has been great so far.
I have absolutely no complaints at this time about this tool. Keep in mind there is no such thing as the perfect scanner, but for the money this has been great. Pix only scratching the surface of its capabilities
